Ownership: Edupixo retains full and exclusive ownership and intellectual property rights over all downloadable assets and digital products.
Commercial Restrictions : You may not claim our designs as your own, modify them, or use them for commercial gain or resale.
Permitted Institutional Use (Schools, Daycares, Homeschooling)
Teachers, educators, daycares, and schools are welcome to use our printed resources! You have explicit permission to use and print our materials for your own classroom, group, or institutional activities without needing special permission or additional licensing.
Strict Digital Sharing Rules (How to Share)
You are strictly prohibited from sharing or redistributing the original digital files (PDFs) via email, chat apps, shared cloud drives, school portals, or social media groups. If you want to share an activity with colleagues, parents, or other educators, you must send them the direct webpage link on our website so they can download the file themselves. If you encounter difficulties please contact us.
2. Digital Product Policy & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, all sales, memberships, and resource acquisitions on Edupixo are final.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.
- Usage Limit: You are permitted to print as many physical copies of our printable resources as needed for your own household, classroom, or group.
3. Partnerships & Commercial Licensing
If you represent a school board, a corporate entity, an educational publisher, or a brand, and you wish to use our copyrighted materials commercially, bundle them with your products, or distribute them on a larger administrative scale, you must obtain prior written permission.

4. Account Termination & Acceptable Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, member subscription (Curiosity Club), or mobile application at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, including any copyright infringement or unauthorized sharing of member credentials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our STEM activities, guides, and printable challenges are designed for educational and entertainment purposes.
- While we review all safety instructions diligently, adults and parents are solely responsible for supervising children during hands-on activities.
- Edupixo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, mobile application, or printable files.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the province of Quebec.
