Learning Activities for Home, Homeschool & Classroom
School enrichment at home
Science activities for after school, weekends, school breaks or simply those moments when a child arrives with a question or for school enrichment. Some resources are written directly for independent play while others are designed to be explored with an adult depending on the child’s age.
Homeschooling unit studies
Use activities as unit studies for science exploration, STEM enrichment or creativity. Progressive activities can also make it easier to teach a mixed-age group of children on a common topic. It can work for a preschooler as an adult-led activity as well as to a 6th grade child to play on their own with more complex thinking.
Classroom activities
Use printable activities as lesson extensions, independent work, small-group challenges or hands-on STEM exploration.

One activity, several skills
Before we design the activity, we identify the concepts and the several skills a child can develop through the game or experience.
